About Best Dog Dryer UK

Best Dog Dryer UK is a UK-first buying guide for dog dryers, built around one thing most review sites do not have: a household with 11 dogs to dry. I match dryers to real dogs by coat type, size, noise tolerance, heat and drying time, rather than ranking products from a spec sheet. My two daughters take most of the photos and help write some of the notes.

What I do

I compare UK-available dog dryers - blasters, multi-task grooming dryers, stand and finishing dryers, and quieter models - and explain which type suits which dog. Until a dryer has been used on the dogs and passed my checks, it stays unranked.

How I test

Every dryer goes through the same repeatable method: towel baseline, room setup, lowest setting first, nozzle and distance, the dog's reaction, a hand heat check, and the drying result. The full method is on the home page.
